We want people who speak up, who take responsibility and make good decisions.A bit about the job:Within our Direct sales team you will be working on inbound / outbound calls with some communications via our webchat service. Whether it’s providing fully advised quotations or giving them the information they need when they need it. We pride ourselves in delivering a phenomenal service to all of our customers through effective listening and questioning which will enable you to weigh up information and make accurate policy recommendations.Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Sales\Customer Service-related role is preferred
• The ability to be empathetic towards customers, supporting them through a potentially difficult period
• A good fact finder – you will ask the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Knowledge of insurance products / financial services would be great, but not essential

• Salary up to £27,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
