Realtime Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Digital Business Analyst/Project Manager with a strong technical background and experience in B2B and SaaS environments. This dual-role position requires a balance of analytical, technical, and project management skills to successfully bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital solutions.
– Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
– Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
– Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
– Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and priorities.
– Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
– Manage project scope, risks, and changes while maintaining quality standards.
– Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
– Facilitate project retrospectives to identify and implement process improvements.
Technical Expertise
– Work closely with development and operations teams
– Evaluate and recommend SaaS tools and platforms to meet business requirements.
– Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Key Requirements
Experience:
– 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management roles.
– Proven experience in B2B and SaaS environments.
– Strong understanding of AWS concepts and architectures.
– Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
– Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project management software is highly desirable.
– Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools.
