Digital Marketing Manager- eCommerceBirmingham – 5 days in office£38,000 – £45,000This is a fantastic role for a digital marketing manager who has experience working within an eCommerce business and who has managed digital marketing campaigns that have increased brand awareness and engagement and delivered revenue through several eCommerce channels.We’re proud to be working with this leading FMCG distributor. They work closely with brands looking to launch their products into the UK market and have relationships with all the major grocery multiples, along with convenience and specialist retailers.This role would suit someone who understands integrated digital marketing channels and how to drive traffic to several eCommerce sites through content, SEO, Google AdWords, social media and email marketing. Looking after four eCommerce sites on Shopify – two D2C, one for the trade and one progressive web app, you’ll manage a small team and have responsibility for strategy development and delivery and all reporting to the board.What will you be doing?

• Managing a team of two/three digital executives.
• Creating integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, PPC and social.
• Ensuring that all SKU’s are listed on the site and that the product content is up to date.
• Working with the dev team for any UX/UI fixes.
• Reporting on campaign delivery and revenue.

What experience do you need?

• Previous experience in a digital role within an eCommerce business.
• Experience of building integrated digital campaigns.
• Ideally a working knowledge of Shopify.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Knowledge of Google AdWords.
• Understanding of CRM, email and social media.
• Budget management experience and a commercial focus to report on campaign activity.
• Previous experience of managing people.
• Experience of using analytical tools such as GA4, Moz, SEMrush etc.
