We are the cab booking platform for millions of passengers, as well the partner for major travel brands such as booking.com, Heathrow Airport, Stansted Airport and Expedia.To drive the fast-paced growth of our online marketplace, we are looking for a UK-based, innately growth-driven Marketing Manager, to lead growth marketing across all digital channels (paid ads, SEO, ASO, email marketing/CRM, affiliates, social media, content) at all stages of the funnel for our website and mobile app. The role can involve working fully remotely or on a flexible basis from our London office, with a small but smart team at a critical point in our growth.Our journey so far :

What you’d be doing :

  • Define, prioritise and deliver all growth marketing efforts across customer acquisition/engagement and booking revenue growth/profitability across our B2C website, mobile app and B2B accounts
  • Deliver cost-efficient, growth-driven campaigns across paid ads (web & app), SEO, ASO, email marketing/CRM, affiliates, social media, content, collaborating with existing agencies (where relevant) and other growth partners
  • Measure and report performance of all growth marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs), and optimise CAC and LTV based on performance, leveraging various data analytics tools
  • Analyse key performance metrics and suggest solutions to forecast revenues and boost customer acquisition, conversion and engagement
  • Based on strong hypotheses, identify further growth opportunities and scale winning A/B tests
  • Align with Cab supply management to optimise efficiency of our channels on a weekly basis
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for innovative strategies
  • Input into requirements for customer-facing features of our product roadmap across web and app.

RequirementsMust be based in the UK. 5+ years’ experience in driving and executing growth strategy in a fast-paced, high growth and seasonal B2C e-commerce business in the travel & leisure space

  • Results-focused and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and improving digital marketing ROI
  • Passionate about growth with a commitment to data-driven decisions
  • Solid experience in driving booking revenue for web and mobile apps via
  • SEO strategy & delivery, with a strong understanding of its technical and content opportunities
  • Paid channels across PPC, App Stores, affiliate marketing platforms, social media ads
  • CRM campaigns across web and mobile app
  • Optimising conversion funnels and running A/B tests
  • Experience with online Marketing tools including CRM, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of Canva and a good eye for copywriting and design to create/manage high-converting and engaging content
  • Organised self-starter who can thrive in a fast paced, goal-driven environment and able to multi-task autonomously or as part of a team to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Nice to have

  • Experience with creating/managing Zapier automations and managing basic SQL queries a plus
  • Experience working with product teams
