In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase donations, and raise awareness of our mission. You will lead our digital campaigns and collaborate with various departments to ensure our message resonates with a broad audience.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and support for our campaignsEmail Marketing: Design and implement email marketing and marketing automation campaigns to inform and mobilize our supporters, donors, and volunteers. Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impactAnalytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.SEO & SEM: Working in collaboration with the content, website and 3rd party agencies to optimize our website and content for search engines, manage paid search campaigns, and monitor site performance to enhance visibility and trafficCollaboration: Work closely with the fundraising, brand, social media, website and other PDSA teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with broader organisational goalsAbout YouYou will be confident and proactive with great project management and organisational skills. Key requirements for success in this role include:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing environment including managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and performance marketing dashboards
- Ability to build strong relationships and work across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing campaign performance and making informed decisions.
- Creativity and a passion for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
