• Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Oversee the management and enhancement of our social media presence, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead the analysis of ongoing marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Create and manage the production of high-quality visual and written content, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in managing Social Media Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong expertise in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
• Experience in the financial services industry or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
