Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive

• Develop Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance the hotel’s online presence and drive direct bookings.
• Content Creation: Design visually engaging and compelling content for the hotel’s website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyse paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
• SEO & Analytic: Optimise website content and utilise analytic tools to monitor performance, report on ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Online Reputation: Actively manage and respond to guest reviews and feedback across online platforms to maintain the hotel’s stellar reputation.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with sales, events, and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Executive

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and analytic tools (Google Ads, Analytic, etc.).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
• A creative and data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign optimisation.
