We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Product Coordinator to lead the integration, maintenance, and optimization of our digital marketing tools and platforms. This role will also play a critical part in enhancing our VIP marketing initiatives, managing sponsorship campaigns, and ensuring the smooth execution of digital projects.

The role:

Digital Product Management:

  • Lead the maintenance and optimization of Braze, including developing HTML for email templates and in-app messages.

  • Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure efficient and effective digital project execution.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Braze-related issues.

  • Design and implement custom reports and templates to support the broader LNE group’s objectives.

  • Monitor, track, and manage usage metrics and overages to optimize platform performance.

VIP Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to VIP experiences, leveraging market insights and aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the VIP Experience team to create and deliver personalized digital experiences for fans.

  • Oversee the scheduling and distribution of VIP initiatives across various digital channels, including social media, email, website, and SMS.

Sponsorship Campaign Coordination:

  • Partner with International Media Service teams (UK) to respond to campaign briefs, develop media plans, manage budgets, and execute audience targeting strategies.

  • Utilize Customer Data & Experience Platforms to build, activate, and optimize audience segments based on detailed campaign research.

  • Manage the scheduling of both paid and organic social media posts and coordinate website display implementations to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in digital product management and marketing.

  • Strong technical skills, particularly in HTML and digital marketing platforms such as Braze.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, particularly for high-value VIP customers.

  • Familiarity with international media services and sponsorship campaign management is a plus.
