**First Year Apprentice Vacancy** We have an opening for an opportunity to earn and learn as a digital marketing apprentice. This is a Level 6 qualification achieved over 2 years. We are a Toyota dealership based in Carrigaline in Cork. Our digital presence centres around our product and who we are. A portion of our online content comes from Toyota Ireland and needs to be personalised for our business. We also like to generate our own content specific to who we are. We have a number of community partnerships with sport groups, arts festivals and charitable bodies and it is important that we leverage content from these relationships. The role involves Planning, capturing and creating engaging social media content Developing and maintaining a marketing calendar Liasing with Toyota Ireland on campaigns and content Point of Sale advertising within the dealership Identification of PR opportunities and coordination of related activities direct with the media Providing support for promotional/sponsorship events and other functions as required You will undertake the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship over 2 years, covering all aspects of digital marketing. Your training will be a combination of on-the-job training with and off-the-job learning via online classes and face to face workshops with the Education and Training Board. You will be released from the workplace to participate in the online classes and face-to-face workshops. You will be assigned a dedicated workplace mentor who will be there to support you throughout the programme offering guidance and making sure that all aspects of your learning follows the structured training plan. This is an “earn and learn” programme and upon successful completion you will qualify as a Digital Marketing Specialist and gain a QQI validated NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing. Entry Requirements to the Apprenticeship Programme; Must have Grade O6/H7 or above in 5 Leaving Certificate subjects (including Maths F2/06/H7 and English 06/H7) or a full QQI Level 5 or higher qualification Mature Applicants aged 21 years and over without a Level 5 qualification but has relevant experience will also be considered following an interview and submission of supporting documentation International applicants must present the equivalent of a full Level 5 qualification or higher As part of the apprenticeship programme, the successful candidate will need to attend training in Dublin in person at the start of each module, normally 2 full days every 6 to 8 weeks. There will then be a further two hour online training session once a week. Standard travel expenses will be paid but candidate must be flexible to travel. 35 hours per week
