Digital IT Service Desk Coordinatoreir evo talent are taking applications for a Digital IT Service Desk Coordinator for long term contract placement onsite with our customer site on the outskirts of Waterford City.Duties:

• Coordination for a team of 5/6 support people.
• Triage support tickets.
• Ticket system management.
• Team scheduling and assignments.
• Escalation management.
• Asset, leasing and stock management.
• Basic reporting.
• Warranty and vendor management.
• IT Service Desk support.
• Attention to detail
• Managing SLA’s etc.
• Experience in team leadership would be an advantage
