Responsibilities and dutiesReporting to the Head of Development you will:

• Understand the client’s needs and requirements, key strategic deliverables on the bid and any considerations for my client in the development of the bid.
• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop solutions (technical, legal and financial aspects).
• Work in collaboration with regional and support functions to ensure buy-in and development of robust proposals.
• Ensure that tenders are submitted on time and in line with the client requirements.
• Research and assist in the production of detailed Method Statements for tender submission.
• Manage the preparation of presentations and attend all client meetings.
• Involvement in stakeholder engagement and planning consultations.
• Manage the liaison with Local Authorities (clarification process).
• Write and proofread sections of the tender.
• Produce a high standard of work in terms of accuracy and consistency.
• Provide other project management and general support for the department as needed.
