Resource and Workflow Management: Ensure teams have the resources they need to meet delivery goals; using JIRA to track and report on progress.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders on delivery status and challenges; ensure alignment between the technical team and business expectations, communication is clear and simple. Work closely with platform and business stakeholders, including finance and CTO on a daily basis.
Budget Oversight: Review and manage platform OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and align with strategic objectives. Prepare for monthly management and operational and board meetings.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects and initiatives are prioritised to align with BRG’s strategic goals, and report on return on capital and platform operating efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years leading Delivery across multiple squads or teams, with a strong record of contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives in a scaling high change technology SME. Must have worked in an immature delivery environment and shown growth to more mature delivery practices
Agile Frameworks: Skilled in multiple frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Agile) and able to be agnostic of frameworks when assessing the best way forward.
