Medior/Senior Data Scientist – Predictive Analytics
Location: Hybrid (50% telework)

Mission Context
Our client in the Banking Sector is seeking a Medior/Senior Data Scientist to join the Predictive Analytics team within the Marketing & Communication department. This team plays a key role in providing AI-driven predictive models to enhance marketing campaigns by improving customer reach and relevance while supporting employees in the campaign process.Role & Responsibilities
As a Medior/Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and deploying AI models that drive impactful marketing campaigns. Your main tasks include:Developing AI Models: Create predictive AI models, utilizing advanced techniques such as large language models (LLMs), machine learning, uplift modeling, and statistical analysis to support marketing campaigns.
Business Understanding & Data Analysis: Capture business needs, perform feasibility analyses, and identify relevant target groups. Set up tests to measure model impact.
Marketing & Communication Collaboration: Advise and support Marketing & Communication Managers on using predictive models and translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations.
Model Deployment & Monitoring: Oversee end-to-end model implementation, including data preparation, scoring, validation, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Data Engineering & Model Enhancement: Support the creation of new variables and implement continuous improvement cycles for predictive models.
Python Development & AI Deployment: Utilize Python and associated data science tools to build and deploy AI models effectively.
Responsible AI Practices: Follow best practices and ethical guidelines for AI model deployment.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with a team of data scientists to share expertise and drive collective success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Candidates with other academic backgrounds but strong data science experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data science and AI model development.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., deep learning frameworks).
Experience with Git and Bash.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and model implementation.
Technical Skills (Preferable)
Experience with Domino Data Science Platform and SAS.
Knowledge of Recommender Systems, Language Models, and Optimization under Constraints.
Familiarity with Django for web applications.
Business Knowledge (Preferable)
Experience with campaign management, direct marketing, and A/B testing.
Language Requirements
English: Fluent (spoken and written).
Dutch or French: Fluent/Good level preferred.
