The 1LMX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Modernization Team is hiring a junior software developer (level 2) to support data analysis & migration.

Your Mission:

As a Data Migration Developer, you will support the implementation of the data migration requirements for both legacy SAP systems, non-core applications, and the enterprise S4 HANA system. You will have a range for responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. This requires collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for how it will implement a holistic data migration and cutover strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing data analysis and mapping activities across multiple large SAP systems.
  • Providing conceptual and detailed strategies to drive the overall data migration efforts, including both existing legacy systems and non-SAP systems.
  • Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their requirements.
  • Optimizing the value of the work the Data Migration Team performs
  • Leverage Scaled Agile to plan and manage work
  • Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

Basic Qualifications:

  • Software development experience
  • Familiarity with data and SQL server
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
  • Knowledgeable of IT products and solutions
  • Able to perform data analysis across multiple large systems
  • Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Able to collaborate across business and IT
  • Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
  • US citizenship is required due to system access

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with data migration across multiple large systems using SQL server
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and capabilities, especially full life cycle implementations
  • Highly collaborative and able to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations
  • Familiarity with 1LMX

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,000 – $152,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $70,500 – $135,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
