As a Data Center Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and maintaining data center hardware and infrastructure. This role demands a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks remotely.
• Automate tasks using scripting tools to optimize efficiency.
• Manage small-scale projects independently and assist in larger initiatives.
• Act as a key escalation point for technical challenges.
• Ensure the stability and functionality of all supported equipment.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in data center operations or IT support.
• Intermediate knowledge of system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a virtual team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
