Data Analyst – Financial Specialties

We are seeking a graduate or junior insurance executive to join our FSG Global Corporate team. This business unit is responsible for the broking strategy and placement of all financial lines business across Aon’s Global Corporate clients. You will be working closely with the Global Corporate Client Relationship Managers and the FSG team to learn about the delivery of financial lines insurance solutions, consulting services and data and analytics.

What the day will look like

You will be responsible for:

Taking to market a portfolio of Global Corporate clients and supporting senior brokers on more complex placements

Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management

Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations

Attend client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon’s go to market strategy, present renewal terms and seize cross-selling opportunities

Maintaining and updating insurance market updates for financial lines policies

Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues

Developing solutions to result in improved client outcomes and retention

Collating and maintaining a database of program details on behalf of the broader business and generating charts and other analytical insights on an as needs basis.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We’re seeking a motivated graduate or junior insurance executive from any disciplines who:

Has the desire to learn and grow within a global organisation

Is able work well in a team and cultivate relationships

Can d emonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Has a positive attitude

Can illustrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Has medium to advanced excel skills

Has an interest in data analytics.
