• Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data at the business unit level across multiple complex divisions
• Build reports to support edit output and maintenance
• Design, build, and code reports in a variety of mediums for senior leaders
• Validate and verify new and existing reporting assets including datasets and calculations
• Create monthly forecasting reporting to be delivered across teams
• Participate in Data Governance processes to ensure access controls and compliance
• Participate in maintaining and enhancing the report catalog with change requests
• Participate and support the catalog review to retire and archive reporting assets as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or STEM field OR equivalent experience from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in one or more of the following BI and Reporting Tools: MS Power BI, Tableau
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures (e.g. MSSQL, Postgres, Oracle, MySQL or similar)
• Practical experience building business intelligence dashboards, operational reports, board packets, etc.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Working knowledge of at least two claims platforms or Datamart(UNET, COSMOS, CSP, NICE, USP)

Preferred Qualifications of the Data Analyst:

• Previous experience working in a financial, banking, or healthcare setting
• Experience working in a financial setting using Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma, or similar
• Experience working collaboratively in a matrix management setting
• Examples of personal professional development (certifications, accreditations, memberships etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
