Experis is looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity ICAM Project Manager to join our Cyber and Information Security Office. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects using best practices, such as PM2, and will oversee the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of both short-term and long-term initiatives.Your Responsibilities

• Develop formal and comprehensive project plans that align customer needs with organizational goals, coordinating stakeholders and technical teams across all project phases.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive project success in key areas such as security, quality, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage changes and interventions as necessary to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendors, executives, and end-user representatives to establish project scope, track progress, and resolve challenges.
• Deliver accurate and timely project status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, motivate, and empower project teams to optimize performance and productivity.
• Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts efficiently.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the cybersecurity domain.
• Solid understanding of PM2 standards and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• PM2 certification is highly desirable.
• Academic background in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical methods like Monte Carlo Analysis is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in either Dutch or French.
