About the Role:

As a Customer Success Operations Intern with CrowdStrike you will work 40 hours a week directly with the Customer Success team to analyze operational efficiency, and optimize customer success processes. You’ll gain valuable experience in both technical and business aspects of Customer Success Operations. 

Summer 2025 Start & End Dates: 12 weeks

  • May 19 – August 8
  • June 2 – August 22
  • June 16 – September 5

Location: Fully Remote

This role is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province/state you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.

What You’ll Do:

Some project examples include:

  • Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing customer success metrics, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Design and implement process improvements through careful analysis of existing workflows and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators and customer health metrics
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of customer-facing and internal enablement documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current processes
  • Perform comprehensive data quality audits, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability to maintain integrity of business-critical reporting
  • Participate in project planning and execution

What You’ll Need:

  • By the beginning of the internship, interns must have completed at least 2 years at a 4-year undergraduate university and graduating between December 2026-June 2027
  • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.
  • Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow interns and employees.
  • Technical experience using software on Macs and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Excel and Tableau
  • Collaborative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Bonus Points:

  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Proven interest in Cyber Security
  • Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or related major
