Your role at Dynatrace

As a Customer Solution Engineer Intern , you will join our Global Customer Support team. This internship is designed for senior university students who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in resolving technical issues related to the Dynatrace platform. You will use your problem-solving and technical skills to assist in troubleshooting and collaborate with various teams within Dynatrace.

Problem Solving: Recognize and resolve issues related to our SaaS and Managed products.

Technical Exposure: Gain exposure to a range of cutting-edge technologies and troubleshooting practices, including but not limited to Kubernetes, cloud platforms, operating systems, and various software development languages.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our development and product management teams to resolve issues and enhance our products.

Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions for new product features and technologies.

Knowledge Sharing: Exchange knowledge with colleagues and suggest product improvements.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks to support the team’s operational efficiency.

What will help you succeed

Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Understanding of software development and testing, as well as experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows) and computer networks.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Programming Knowledge: Ability to analyze code written in modern programming languages.

Cloud Technologies: Basic knowledge of cloud, host virtualization, and Kubernetes technologies.

Communication: Excellent English skills, both oral and written.

Team Player: Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation

For summer internships, we do offer a minimum monthly gross salary of 2200€ for BSc students and 2500€ for MSc students. Professional interns are awarded higher salary, depending on their qualifications.
