Customer Services AdministratorFlexsource (part of the Cpl Group) have a new opportunity with our Client who are seeking for an Customer Services Administrator, on a permanent basis for their busy facility in the Newry area.Job ResponsibilitiesWorking with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained. You will be responsible for processing orders on a computerised system from warehouses in UK, Ireland, dealing with customer queries and complaints.Essential CriteriaPrevious experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales rolePrevious experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and e mailThe ability to work in a team as well as individuallySound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood attention to detailThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesDesirable CriteriaPrevious experience in a similar roleIT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAPQualification in Business, Customer Services or ITPermanent positionBasic Salary £24,400 pa + £2k performance related bonus paid quarterly + 4% pension + Private Healthcare cover, 32 days annual leave, annual company pay reviews.1 day remote workingHours of work: 8.30am – 5.30pm and 4.30pm finish on FridayLocation: Newry Area.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
