Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and the successful delivery of products across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Management of all incoming Customer enquiries, from processing sales orders, answering customer enquiries and following through on customer requests on time.

• Timely correspondence with customers via email and phone regarding product availability, delivery status, and order confirmation.

• Liaise with Logistics team members about delivery status or stock enquiries.

• Liaise with the finance team concerning customer account issues.

• Prepare customer sales quotations on behalf of the sales team.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal customers, such as the sales and logistics team and other team members as needed, to deliver the required services to our customers.

To be considered for this position,

• Experience in a customer service or service coordination position within an engineering organisation or similar.

• Customer-focused attitude with a high service mindset and a strong willingness to problem-solve efficiently.

• High attention to detail.

• SAP or an equivalent ERP system and exposure to Salesforce would be ideal but not essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Team player and willing to work collaboratively to achieve team targets.
