Responsibilities

Position Purpose

The Customer Service / Internal Sales role performs a wide variety of administration / customer service duties for the purpose of overall customer service / sales support to the Australian Distribution Centre of the Performance Films business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Answer and screen all incoming calls 2. Meet, greet, and liaise with customers / suppliers 3. Processing incoming orders both locally and internationally 4. Ensure all approvals are obtained and met in accordance with local DOA levels. 5. Processing credit card payments 6. Handling customer enquiries / complaint resolution 7. Consult with clients and potential clients to determine their product requirements using company strategies and operations 8. Provide after sales support and endeavor to maintain positive customer relations 9. Build customer relationships with inactive or dormant accounts to revive sales 10. Assist Sales Team when necessary and communicate with internal departments 11. Liaising with Freight companies – booking collections, tracking deliveries 12. General Ad Hoc Duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 2. Strong communication and customer service skills 3. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills 4. Experience in SAP is an advantage 5. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
