Providing high quality affordable housing is something we are passionate about;We’re looking for a Customer Services officer to join our driven and friendly team working in our busy reception area at our head office Cornerstone in the centre of Stockport town centre.Our customer service officers are often the first point of contact for our customers, making them crucial to delivering a first class customer experience.This is a fantastic chance for someone to join our award winning, successful business and really put their talents to the test.The successful candidate will:
You will need to be very customer focussed, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications and have a real interest in supporting people who are often in difficult situations.This is a full time, 12 month fixed-term position working 37 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm.This role will be on Stockport Homes Limited terms and conditions.The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.The SHG “Be You” approach sums up our belief that everyone has the right to be who they are, and to be that person at work, in line with SHG’s Values.
