The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing enquiries via phone, email, and social media, and resolving payment issues.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate advice and issue resolution for members.
• Manage payment queries and access issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and mystery shop reports.
• Coordinate with site General Managers and teams for seamless service.
• Handle social media engagement and content scheduling.
• Ensure smooth administrative processes and timely reporting.
• Host team meetings and liaise with Area Managers on key issues.
