This company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager with experience in the Automotive industry. This position would suit someone who has good team management experience, has dealt with escalated complaints through to resolution, as well as someone who has experience within the automotive industry.
This position is based within Amersham, the suitable candidate will need to commute to the office at least 2 days per week, with 3 days a week from home.Salary – £40,000 – £50,000
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days from homeSome of the duties will include:

  • Day to day management of the dispute resolution service
  • Ensuring complaints raised are investigated efficiently
  • Investigating and tracking complaints on the CRM database, ensuring the department investigates complaints within agreed SLA’s
  • Resolve disputes based on the evidence obtained from the parties
  • Review and respond to escalated complaints
  • Liaising with Head of Compliance to help identify areas of non-compliance
  • Provide monthly and annual reports for the Director
  • Assisting with the recruitment process for all new staff members
  • Provide new starter induction and ongoing staff training
  • Oversee the daily work allocation
  • Approve staff holiday requests
  • Carry out annual and half yearly reviews
  • Performance management including training and coaching

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within team management
  • Previous experience within the automotive/leasing industry
  • Experience within dispute resolution
  • Ability to motivate team members

  • Commutable distance to Amersham
