Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation & reconciliation of daily customer service payment files.
- Review payment files for duplicates.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders across the business pertaining to the compilation of our payment files, ensuring efficient processing of payments.
- Work closely with our Customer Service Digital team, providing feedback to identify areas of improvement to our processes and test changes.
Please note this is a 6 month contract
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
- Show a natural ability in problem solving
- Possess a high level of interpersonal and written skills
- Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly
- Must have flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful whilst working under pressure
- Proactive approach to dealing with errors/complaints
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Personality traits: enthusiasm, flexibility, patience and excellent communication skills
