Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent levels of service to customers via chat and email, targeting first contact resolution and driving customer satisfaction levels to a world class standard.
• Handle a wide variety of player and account queries within agreed service levels.
• Take ownership of any problems or requests from customers and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel.
• Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems in line with AML and fraud prevention procedures.
• Communicate with customers keeping them well informed of products, services and promotions.

Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Fluency in English and Finnish
• An additional language would be an added advantage: Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian, German, Portuguese
• Proven experience in customer service, e.g. call centre, sales, high-end retail or hospitality experience
• Background in betting industry, call centre or online services
• Interest in Sports and Casino products
• Exceptional written communication skills, professional and in tune with the spirit of the platform
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and rapport
• Thrives in a collaborative work environment working to achieve common goals or objectives
• Demonstrates a positive approach, showing enthusiasm, energy and motivation to bring improvements
