Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent levels of service to customers via chat and email, targeting first contact resolution and driving customer satisfaction levels to a world class standard.
- Handle a wide variety of player and account queries within agreed service levels.
- Take ownership of any problems or requests from customers and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel.
- Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems in line with AML and fraud prevention procedures.
- Communicate with customers keeping them well informed of products, services and promotions.
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- An additional language would be an added advantage: Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian, German, Portuguese
- Proven experience in customer service, e.g. call centre, sales, high-end retail or hospitality experience
- Background in betting industry, call centre or online services
- Interest in Sports and Casino products
- Exceptional written communication skills, professional and in tune with the spirit of the platform
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and rapport
- Thrives in a collaborative work environment working to achieve common goals or objectives
- Demonstrates a positive approach, showing enthusiasm, energy and motivation to bring improvements
