Customer Service Advisor – Entry LevelThe entry-level Customer Service Advisor will be working within and promoting the Company Values – Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.The Customer Advisors will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to analyse information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.Covalen has over 25 years’ experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services provision. They provide tailored Outsourcing Solutions across all industry sectors including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Information Technology, Gaming, Energy and Utilities. The Covalen team are supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market. These roles will be based in Limerick City Centre. Covalen are growing their team to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.Covalen is an equal opportunity employer.Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner. Collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
  • Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations we adhere to.
  • Drive sales to achieve targets
  • Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling of relevant products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.

Location: Henry Street, Limerick – Full-time onsiteContract: Permanent Full time with Covalen.Working Hours: Working hours will be 9am-5.30pm on 5 over 7 (2 weekends a month) rota.Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks#LI-PS1..
