Join the Corporate Asset Solutions (CAS) team where you will perform various administrative tasks, with the main focus being to aid the Customer Services team in providing assistance and support to CAS’ existing customers.

Based in our office near Southampton, this is a 12 month contract that would ideally suit someone with a background in customer services and administration, ideally from within the financial services sector. Most importantly, you’ll be an excellent team play with strong communication and problem solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with stakeholder queries via telephone and email in a fair, efficient, and consistent manner in line with company values and FCA requirements.
  • Processing payments, dealing with customer complaints and also issuing replacement documents to customers.
  • Setting customer Agreements live and transferring the data from the proposals system into the contract management system.
  • Ownership of administrative tasks during the life of customer Agreements including opening and closing of Agreements; rolling Agreements into secondary rental periods; issuing title invoices; and chasing overdue invoices.
  • Generating and issuing various letters, settlement quotes and statement of accounts to customers.
  • Ensuring all customer account details are correct and up to date.
  • Identifying customers with vulnerabilities and reporting this to the Department Heads.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • You have strong communication and organisation skills.
  • You are able to take the initiative, and can work as part of a team and also on your own.
  • You have experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • You display excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
