The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently.
  • Accurately input and manage data on the SAP system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and correctly maintained.
  • Handle incoming calls primarily from engineers regarding our products, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of any issues.

Requirementsof Customer Service Administrator

  • Previous experience in an administrative customer service team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Immediate start
