As our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life for our customers, crafting campaigns that captivate and engage.

As our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in designing and executing dynamic marketing campaigns across digital channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and more, ensuring they’re responsive and highly engaging.

You’ll use data to drive personalised, one-to-one communications, making sure our messages resonate with each customer and drive the best outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for creating seamless end-to-end customer journeys that lead to optimised customer experiences.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to… *     *

  • Create engaging, responsive marketing campaigns utilising digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications and other channels

  • Use data to and inform and drive tailored one-to-one communications

  • Build seamless end-to-end customer journeys to drive optimised customer and business outcomes

  • You will own the day-to-day delivery of comms from creative development and creative briefing to supporting the execution of these by working with key stakeholders

  • Work closely with insights analysts to drive post-campaign success evaluation, iteration, and optimisation

  • This is a hands-on role that encourages creative and strategic freedom with the ability to try new ideas

  • Work with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For….

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer marketing role.

  • Familiarity with Adobe or any other marketing automation platform (experience with Braze or Adobe is highly desirable)

  • Proven experience executing complex digital customer campaigns from brief to design, implementation, and results reporting

  • Comfortable using analytics platforms such as Tableau to inform strategies and measure success

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to gain approval and consensus from multiple stakeholders

  • A passion for television, content, and the evolving ways to engage with customers
