Lifeway GTM Operations has an opening for a Marketing & Reporting Analyst. We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Reporting Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to develop and execute data-driven reports and strategies. This role is essential in delivering actionable insights for the Marketing team, using data as a foundation for decision-making and optimization.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

Responsibilities

• Develops, prepares, and presents analyses using BI, SAS, MicroStrategy, and Excel to support strategic initiatives
• Works with the marketing team to develop scalable processes for campaign management and performance tracking
• Assists in gathering and aggregating Marketing KPIs, revenue attribution, and spend, using scorecards and dashboards to track performance
• Partners with IT Data, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, statistics, or computer science

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis
• 5+ years of experience story telling with data, reporting and data visualization experience using software like Tableau or similar BI tool
• Experience working in a Sales and/or Marketing Operations team
• Advanced analytical skills including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Expert in Business Intelligence software (PowerBI)
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce reporting knowledge preferred
• Excellent data mining skills
• Member of or attending an evangelical Christian church
