As a Group Sales Advisor/ Customer Booking advisor at Travelodge, you’ll handle bookings of 10 rooms or more, support enquiries via phone, email, and our website, and build fantastic relationships with our corporate and travel trade partners. You’ll be at the heart of achieving sales targets and ensuring every customer has a great booking experience with Travelodge.What’s it all about?As part of our Group Sales team you will manage group bookings of 10 rooms or more. You’ll play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, supporting our hotels, and ensuring an excellent Customer Journey for all. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings through our central system, handling enquiries via telephone, email, and website, following up with customers, and building strong relationships with our corporate and travel trade partners.   • 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £25,473.00 per annum plus bonus
  • Based in Thame with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
