We’re looking for a Growth Manager specialising in Customer Relation Management (CRM) and lifecycle management to help scale our social discovery app. In this role, you will support the General Manager and Head of Growth and work closely with the cross-functional product team to plan, design and execute campaigns across various user segments. You will be responsible for defining our CRM strategy, developing growth tactics, and conducting experiments to boost subscription and in-app purchase growth underpinned by our virtual economy. We have a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, so you need to demonstrate a deep passion for data.
The perfect fit for this role is someone who’s practically a pro at diving into data to define user segments, designing visually appealing campaigns and developing growth tactics that are both innovative and effective.
