You’ll Do:

– Identify Key Niches: Pinpoint the right segments and niches to target for creator recruitment.
– Outreach and Engagement: Actively connect with potential creators across social media, similar platforms, and niche online communities.
– Build Relationships: Understand creators’ needs, effectively communicate our platform’s value, and nurture lasting partnerships.
– Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with influencers, agencies, and industry leaders to explore and establish fruitful partnerships.
– Negotiate Win-Win Agreements: Secure beneficial terms with creators that align with both parties’ goals.
– Smooth Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new creators, guiding them through every step.
– Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support, addressing any concerns and acting as a bridge between creators and internal teams.
– Leverage Data Insights: Use analytics to track trends, evaluate the success of creator acquisition, and refine strategies.

We’re Looking For:
– Experience: Minimum 2 years in creator or influencer acquisition, ideally within a similar sector.
