Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Ireland for one successful brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for our client’s brands within the country. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our client’s brands in a dynamic and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in the country.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors to expand the distribution network and increase brand visibility and availability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to drive growth and market penetration for our client’s brands.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within the fashion or retail industry, with experience in driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
