Position Overview:

As the APAC Direct and Indirect Sales Manager, you will be dedicated to driving growth in your specific territory both directly with ePS customers and through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and work alongside the Global Channel Partner Director to drive new growth through both direct-GTM and indirect channels.

• Collaborate with the ePS Marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities, closing new business for ePS.

• Support channel partner marketing teams to drive new pipeline, lead generation, conversion to opportunities, and successful closures through the partner channel.

• Improve NBS scores with direct customers and foster greater relationships to drive new sales, retention, and ongoing customer success.

• Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and drive growth.

• Create and execute a strategy for driving pipeline new direct business.

• Provide regular updates to the Regional Director and Global Channel Director on successful engagements.

• Improve customer retention rates through direct marketing and partners and enhance partner proactivity with existing customers.

• Expand partnerships engagement and footprint within your national territory, generating net new pipeline.

• Work closely with Product Marketing to develop marketing and training materials to support partner sales and generate campaigns.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners and team members/divisions

for existing partners.

• Collaborate with Technical Sales Specialists to deliver accurate solution configurations, quotations, statements of work, and engaging sales training sessions.

• Keep customers and partners updated on new products, updates, and releases.

• Maintain up-to-date activities, tasked, pipeline, opportunities and deals in SalesForce.com

Main Objectives

• Achieve (and ideally exceed) quarterly and annual targets and objectives in your national territory.

• Align with annual directives and focus areas from the board and Senior Leadership Team.

• Build strong working relationships with partners, customers, and prospects, positioning eProductivity Software as a leader in the print industry.

• Develop and grow the partnership portfolio, managing expansion, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensuring no regrettable attrition.

• Prepare the market for new products and integrate them into the partner portfolio as the business expands.

• Capture and manage leads effectively, ensuring real-time visibility in our CRM platform.

• Collaborate with colleagues, management, executive sponsors, and partners to set and meet expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in managing a partner network and business development.

• Successful in gaining new prospects, managing pipeline, closing deals, and hitting quotas.

• Persistent and driven to create wins for everyone.

• Highly analytical, confident in drawing insights, and presenting data.

• Self-starting and thrive on ownership and leadership.

• Maintain good CRM sales hygiene

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional language skills. (SEA role)

• Experience in the Graphic Arts/printing industry.

• BA or MBA degree.

• 7 years minimum sales experience
