• You will be engaged in managing transactions, mentoring juniors and supporting the head of department on complex matters.

• Typical instructions include:

o Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
o MBOs and MBIs
o Group, Company and Share re-structuring
o AIM listings
o Partnership and shareholder agreements
o Company formation
o Company Secretarial/Companies House compliance
o Banking and Finance advice
