As a Corporate Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the evolution and maintenance of the company’s strategy. You will monitor business and technology trends which may impact the company’s business, steer innovation research and experimentation efforts, and lead public policy efforts. Your role will involve coordinating meetings of the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and Strategy and Execution Committee (SEC), as well as critically reviewing materials prepared for various boards and board committees. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure smooth coordination of these high-level meetings.

• Coordinate monthly and ad-hoc Executive Management Committee meetings, including preparing the agenda, coordinating submissions and preparing the final meeting deck
• Draft minutes, track actions, and coordinate offline approvals for committee meetings
• Assist with annual committee effectiveness review
• Assist with management review of all board and board committee materials
• Support in maintaining the firm’s firm wide internal governance framework
• Critically review materials prepared for various boards and board committees

About you:The ideal candidate for this Corporate Governance Manager role brings considerable governance experience from the financial services industry.
