Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance professional with strong knowledge of the property / construction industry to join a large organisation as a corporate finance manager.Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse financial reports (including annual reports and interim reports etc.)
• Review and analyse any borrowing, funding and capital expenditure proposals
• Review and analyse from a financial perspective any acquisition, disposal or joint venture proposals
• Review of financial targets (e.g., dividend, profitability, gearing) and equity valuations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the residential property development sector.

Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified with 7+ years’ experience
• Experience in residential property development / finance is required.
• Strong financial and commercial analytical skills.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
