Coporate AdministratorABOUT OUR CLIENTAzon are delighted to be partnering with a leading global Corporate Service provider to assist them in hiring a Corporate Administrator to join their team based in Dublin 4.This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for any Legal, Finance or Business graduates.This is a permanent position, and the company offers flexible hybrid working arrangements as well as excellent career prospects and remuneration package.ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries
• Assist in the coordination of transactions from a governance and compliance perspective
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties as required in order to achieve client objectives
• Assist with the management of SPVs in structured finance transactions and review suites of transaction documents
• Identify market trends and legislative changes that may impact the group
• Manages the timely organisation and preparation of board meetings: including drafting minutes and distributing to clients.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 grade in a Legal, Finance or Business degree or similar in Ireland
• 6 months to 1 years’ experience (which can include work placement) within legal/financial sector or similar office environment required
• Excellent attention to detail essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage workload and time effectively.
