CONVEYANCING ASSISTANTPORTSMOUTHSALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCEAn exciting opportunity to join an established law firm in the Conveyancing team based in Portsmouth.The role encompasses the tasks on the list below, and other jobs that assist in the running of the department from time to time. * Assist with quotes

• Open files/onboarding/AML/Source of Funds
• Send out contract pack
• Request mortgage redemption and then send to client when received
• Draft completion statements
• Request searches and invoice on a purchase
• Memo of exchange
• Prep files for completion
• Completion letters
