Our client, A leading construction company based in the West of Ireland, is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Contracts Manager to join their senior leadership team. The role is based in the western region and offers the chance to take ownership of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery while driving growth and innovation.On Offer:Competitive Salary & Benefits: Salary up to €120,000, plus a market-leading package that rewards expertise and leadership.Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technologies and lean methodologies.Career Development: Clear progression paths and ongoing CPD support.Supportive Workplace: A collaborative culture with excellent benefits, including health plans and pensions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring strategic planning and execution align with business objectives.Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from workforce coordination to subcontractor and material management.Proactively manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and commercial alignment.Maintain excellence in project timelines, cost control, and quality assurance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Champion Health & Safety and Quality standards, embedding best practices across all projects.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project progress and success.Inspire and lead teams, promoting a culture of accountability, sustainability, and excellence.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of inspiring and building high-performing teams.Degree or Master’s qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of Irish construction regulations, Health & Safety standards, and quality management systems.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Strategic mindset with experience in business development and contributing to company growth.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
