TITLE OF POSITION: Contracts Manager (€90,000/€105,000)
LOCATION: DublinDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIntroduction to the Role:
Our hiring partners are seeking a Contracts Manager with a legal background to manage the contractual aspects of the Consolidated Contact Centre (CCC) operations. The preferred candidate will have experience in contract administration, compliance, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Working closely with the CCC Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee the monitoring of contract deliverables and payments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to public transport customers and operators.The primary function of the Contracts Manager is to manage suppliers contracted to provide and operate the CCC. Responsibilities include developing processes to oversee ongoing supplier performance assessment, managing supplier-related operational issues, and resolving disputes. This role is integral in supporting CCC Operations and requires collaboration with Operations Management to ensure effective service delivery, project support, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, the ability to present alternative views under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to changing agendas and priorities.Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all outsource providers within the Transport Technology Division.
  • Leading a team of Contract Leads to ensure successful relationship management with contract owners and performance measurement of outsource partners.
  • Developing and maintaining a framework to ensure all key metrics and deliverables are defined and achieved according to a quality scorecard process.
  • Collaborating with Service Delivery Management to monitor and report on supplier performance.
  • Ensuring processes are in place to address any non-compliance or supplier performance issues, including the quality of services delivered.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement programs are in place with suppliers and are correctly measured and managed.
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining processes for auditing, reviewing, and improving operational processes.
  • Supporting the establishment of new operational processes and the standardization and streamlining of existing ones.
  • Working with the Customer Engagement Unit to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with ICT to ensure conformity to security obligations.
  • Developing processes to identify risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to optimal solutions.
  • Designing and maintaining processes to regularly prepare and disseminate information regarding change request status, compliance, modifications, etc., to the Operations Management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Change Management and financial processes.
  • Ensuring all invoicing matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.

The appointed individual must be flexible and willing to fulfill other roles and responsibilities at a similar level within the organization.
