Your Role

Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • To complete daily inventory tasks, includingsupporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.

  • Evaluate inventory tracking system to recorddeliveries, shipments and stock levels.

  • Oversee inventory levels and detect potentialstockouts or instances of overstocking

  • Engage in routine inventory counts and facilitateinventory audits as necessary

  • To provide weekly + monthly reports as perstandard operating (SOP).

  • To ensure processes for inventory claims,returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures toreduce damages.

  • To identify + resolve identified inventory issuesvia root cause analysis.

  • To deliver all required of stock counts inaccordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.

  • To undertake any other tasks required by management.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.

  • Inventory Management experience is a must.

  • Excellent Microsoft skills in excel, word, outlook is preferred.

  • Strong data analytical skills is desired

  • Ability to communicate to various stakeholders, internally and externally.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Customer centric focused.
