We have an excellent opportunity available at Mediolanum for an experienced Content Marketing Manager, to join our fast-growing Marketing team.
The role of the Content Marketing Manager is to consistently strengthen brand messaging, enhance client relationships and engagement, as well as attract new prospects, through various digital channels and content programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, collaborating with key internal stakeholders, media agencies and distributors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content & communication strategies for company’s distributors in Italy, Spain and Germany.

If you have with a deep understanding of the financial markets, writing and communication acumen, are an innovative thinker and have the skills to elevate our brand narrative, we invite you to apply and be part of our dynamic team!•Develop and execute a content marketing plan and new strategic local content initiatives aligned with markets’ priorities, to elevate our brand presence and product offerings among existing clients and new prospects – with measurable results that aligns with business objectives.
- Create and deliver impactful content programs & bespoke local content insights, including monthly market commentaries, market outlooks and country newsletters working in liaison with several departments such as Investments, products specialists, sales managers.
- Manage and execute digital campaigns across various formats (print, digital, video, audio) and amplified via PR activities and digital channels (e-mail, web, social media, gained and paid media).
- Liaise with PR agencies in Ireland, UK, Spain, Italy and Germany, to review contents produced for media – i.e. byline articles, interviews, products pitches.
- Design, manage & execute upon a content calendar.•Strong editorial, writing skills and full understanding of financial markets with a focus on investment products.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects; adhere to deadlines, deliver results and work independently.
- Data-driven marketing approach with experience in audience analysis, segmentation, and content performance measurement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders.•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Proven Marketing content development experience in financial services or related industries, financial media included.
- Relevant work experience in investments, marketing, financial services or financial media.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- English Language is required and Italian, German or Spanish Language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is also an advantage.
