The following are expected deliverables from the Consultant:

S/he will support in expediting the development of the PQ&MEL/IM system to finalize all outstanding pieces and integrating other complementary components (the DANIDA HUM, Accountability and Performance Framework and other).

Proactively sort and organize all available data to ease the process of data entry using software and resources to be provided by AA, including Kobo toolkit, MS Excel, and Power BI.

Load data from various existing sources from various sources (reports, budgets, plans, SharePoint etc.) onto the database as far back as 2014.

Work together with the PQMEL coordinator in developing and making required adjustments to data management resources including Kobo forms, Power BI and SmartSheets.
Reporting
- The consultant will work directly with the IHART Programme Quality, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PQMEL) Coordinator.
- Two updates will have to be provided by the consultant in each week of the assignment.
Work Experience
- The candidate should have not less than 3 years’ work experience in data management, data analysis, and systems development.
- Experience using data entry software such as Kobo toolkit, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience in managing data systems for humanitarian and resilience programmes.
- Experience working with Donor funded projects or international development initiatives is highly desirable.
