Project ManagerConstructionManchesterWe are working with a Northwest based contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects in Manchester. The role is working in the Leisure, Residential, Industrial, commercial and public sector.The role would suit someone with experience of managing projects from design stage through to completion. Leading projects, working alongside the design, commercial and site teams. The role is a mixture of office based and site based works.Roles, Skills and Qualifications-Leading the Project, overseeing site management team-Involved in all elements of the project-Experience of project design stages-Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing-Developing project programmes-Client facing, working alongside local authorities-Organising and Managing sub contractors-Working alongside commercial and design teams-Chairing project meetings-Providing weekly/monthly reports-SMSTS-First aid-HNC/HND in Construction-CSCS Managers card – NVQ level 6 +-Previous experience of leading multi million £ construction project-Driving Licence-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills-Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantageSetsquare is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.JBPM102_1722849534City of Manchester, England£65000 – £85000 per annum + Car, Holidays, Pension
